As such, he performs senior engineering functions and manages specific projects, with direct reporting to a wide range of clients. He is also responsible for ensuring that the Company’s systems are followed and that client’s standards are met for all projects and assignments. |

Pauline Kelly
Administration Manager and Director
Mrs. Kelly is a Director of Welcon Technologies with joint responsibility for the operation of the company. As such, she performs senior management functions and manages Administration of the Welcon office, Payroll for all staff, as well as Accounting Functions with direct reporting to the board. Pauline is also responsible for ensuring that processes and systems are followed through conducting QA audits on client’s projects and assignments. |

Ian Ribbons
Manager - Townsville
With over 20 years experience in industrial electrical installations and project engineering, Ian Ribbons carries the responsibility for the operations of Welcon’s Townsville Branch. Ian manages a wide variety of projects using his broad electrical, instrumentation and control systems experience. Ian has specialist skills in PLC/DCS/SCADA control systems as well as a variety of electrical systems in chemical plants, manufacturing facilities, boilers, materials handling, coal washeries, aluminium smelters and water and sewerage plants. |
