Welcon recently celebrated its 12th anniversary with a function for staff and families at a local beach park in Gladstone – Management handed out Service Awards to staff recognising the many years of service by different staff. The average length of service across the 30 staff is now over 5.5 years. Rod Peters a Senior Power Systems Engineer in China celebrated his 12 years service with Welcon, Brad James Lead Control & Instrumentation Engineer celebrated his 11 years with Welcon, Pauline Kelly the Director/Administration Manager celebrated her 10 years with Welcon.
