Steve Williams is the Principal of Welcon Technologies with full responsibility for the operation of the company. As such, he performs principal management and senior engineering functions and manages specific projects, with direct reporting to a wide range of clients.
Through his management, he oversees and is responsible for ensuring that the Company's systems are followed and that client's standards are met for all projects and assignments.

Pauline Kelly is administration manager and director of Welcon Technologies with joint responsibility for the operation of the company. As such, she performs senior management functions and manages Administration of the Welcon office, Payroll for all staff, as well as Accounting Functions with direct reporting to the board.
She is also responsible for ensuring that processes and systems are followed through conducting QA audits on client's projects and assignments.
Ian Ribbons - Manager - Townsville

Ian Ribbons is the Townsville manager, with over 20 years experience in industrial electrical installations and project engineering. He carries the responsibility for the operations of Welcon's Townsville Branch.
As such he performs management functions in overlooking the Townsville team in ensuring engineering delivery of a wide variety of projects. He has broad electrical, instrumentation and control systems experience with specialist skills in PLC/DCS/SCADA control systems.
As well Ian has experience working on electrical systems in chemical plants, manufacturing facilities, boilers, materials handling, coal washeries, aluminum smelters and water and sewerage plants.
Robert Kane - Engineering Manager, B.E MIEAust RPEQ

Robert has more than 20 years experience in industrial electrical systems in the heavy industries and mining. Over this period he has had extensive experience in the design, implementation and management of electrical projects, as well as having experience from the client’s perspective in scoping and monitoring the delivery of design and projects by external engineering service providers.
His engineering experience has included investigations, feasibility studies, estimating and proposal preparation, concept development and functionality specifications, electrical design, construction supervision and project management. He has worked on a broad cross section of systems from 132kV switchyards to LV and PLC systems.
